Tango Southwest Sunset Strips!

   What we have here is the recipe using Tango Spice Southwest Sunset which has won a couple of awards in the past, including the 2008 Golden Chile award from Chile Pepper Magazine.

   Prepare these tasty tidbits in your own kitchen and you can be sure to win fans right at your dinner table!
   This is a very simple and healthy way to make some delicious comfort food which can be eaten as a snack during the big game or whipped up fast on a hectic school afternoon for a tasty snack the kids will love and you can feel good about serving.
Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Breasts / thin, boneless
1/3 Cup Crushed Wheaties Brand Cereal
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 TBS Tango Southwest Sunset (or more for a zestier snack)
1 tsp Dried Cilantro Flakes
2 TBS 2% Milk
Directions:
Line 13X9 pan with parchment paper
Preheat over to 400 degrees
Cut chicken onto 1” X 4” strips
In a shallow dish combine chicken strips and 2% milk, coating well
In a second dish combine Wheaties. Bread Crumbs, Southwest Sunset & Cilantro
Take strips from milk and dredge in Wheaties mixture, being sure to coat well
Place chicken on parchment paper and put in the oven
Bake for 5 minutes, turn over and bake for 4 more minutes.
